Spare Parts Administrator

To receive orders from engineers and customers . Participate to inventory of spare parts twice a year. To register into the system (SAP) incoming parts and issue the necessary documents

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Continuous monitoring (follow up) of orders through SAP and inform all involved parties
• Daily preparation and sending quotation to customers
• Participation in spare parts warehouse & Engineer inventory twice a year
• Monitoring and adjust the appropriate warehouse & Engineer inventory
• Attending the internal meetings & trainings of After Sales
• Support Service Engineers in special spare parts requests
• Daily communication with local vendors
• Create purchase order numbers for local spare parts

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Higher education Degree
• High verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
• Excellent PC knowledge (MS Office)
• SAP knowledge (will be considered as an asset)
