Horizontal order pickers, also called low-level order pickers, are essential for manufacturing companies, retailers and dispatch warehouses. This logistical equipment is used in areas where low lifting is required. Capable of dealing with heavy loads, these compact warehouse helpers pick reliably, quickly and precisely up to the second shelf level at a maximum height of 4.6 meters. Despite their compact dimensions, our low-level order pickers have a spacious driver's seat and numerous practical storage areas on the front hood and backrest. Featuring 2.4metre-long forks, our low-level pickers take up to three pallets of up to 2.5 tons, while the 8mm steel frames and a raised frame apron on the front hood provide the necessary safety. With a variety of optional additional equipment, you can also adapt your low-level order picker to fit your individual application requirements.
Low-level order pickers with a powerful battery concept
With our various battery concepts, from lead-acid batteries to li-ion batteries, our low-level order pickers don’t lose steam even in multi-shift operations. On top of that, our lithium-ion batteries (240 Ah or 360 Ah) allow for quick intermediate charging at any time. The significantly higher efficiency of this technology also gives you a long service life with up to 20 per cent less energy consumption In addition, the batteries are maintenance-free and feature extremely short charging times.

Optional equipment additions such as easyPILOT provide the most efficient order picking solutions on the market. Thanks to the intelligent remote, you can move our low-level order pickers independently, keeping your hands free, saving time and allowing operators to concentrate entirely on picking. The system can also be expanded with the additional components easyPILOT Follow and easyPILOT Control:

With the easyPILOT Follow extension, your picking performance knows no limits. With an auto-pairing feature that automatically pairs devices on short radio links, the operator can easily connect to the low-level order picker for the duration of the task. All you have to do is carry the easyPILOT Follow Bar with you.
With a 100% secure connection, the truck will automatically follow the operator when moving forward, even under high loads. Your truck is always at your side: you work hands-free and without having to get on and off while picking, achieving the highest picking rates with maximum comfort and safety.
easyPILOT Control – fully automated control of horizontal order pickers
With easyPILOT Control by Jungheinrich, you can achieve more picks per hour with just a single hand movement and intuitive operating options. easyPILOT Control Bar, easyPILOT Control Band or the easyPILOT Control touch mode help you to pick more efficiently.
The low-lift order picker starts moving with simple double and triple taps on the control bar. Following a pre-set, freely-parameterizable route, you can stop the horizontal order pickerautomatically or manually by tapping the Control Bar once. The order picker can also be controlled using the control band on the wrist.
If you press and hold the portable control element twice, the truck travels a set distance and stops as soon as the push button is released. Control via the easyPILOT Control touch mode completes the intuitive operation of our low-level order pickers. The order picker moves back and forth using the arrows on the remote control – ideal for short distances in the warehouse.
