Area Sales Manager - Attica

Actively promote the full range of the company’s products in the Greek market, according to the specified sales strategy, in order to achieve sales targets.

Main duties / key accountabilities:

  • Contact the designated customer base, identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Negotiate with the customer in order to close profitable deals.
  • Promote the complete range of JH Hellas products and services, in order to maximize cross selling and profitability
  • Develop and establish long lasting relations with customers that will ensure customer retention.
  • Systematically address potential customers in order to increase market awareness
  • Schedule visits to potential customers.
  • Achieve quantitative sales targets and qualitative KPI’s e.g. visit ratios, new customer contacts etc
  • Complete all necessary daily, weekly and monthly activities in SAP/CRM and other additional ad-hoc reports, if requested
  • Possess high level of technical knowledge for the complete range of products
  • Be capable of basic operation of trucks, so as to demonstrate their use to the customer if necessary
  • Participate in trainings aimed to improve product knowledge and soft skills
  • Participate in exhibitions, events and business trips
  • Collect market information regarding customers and competitors and pass it on to the company’s management

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in sales in relevant field.
  • Experience in B2B sales is considered an asset
  • Higher technical education(Logistics/Mechanical engineering)
  • Working knowledge of English language
  • High verbal and written communication skills in Greek
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
