Tasks & Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Creating presentations for internal/external use.
- Support and create content for digital channels. (social media, website, newsletter, email signature, etc.)
Proofread and edit content to ensure it aligns with JH’s guidelines and is error-free.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and update social media accounts.
- Engaging with the audience and responding to comments or messages.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Support in creating, promoting and designing local and centrals marketing campaigns.
Event Coordination:
- Assisting in the planning and executing marketing events, such as Logistics Exhibitions, conferences, webinars, etc.
- Coordinating logistics, managing invitations, and providing on-site support during events.
Administrative Support:
- Providing administrative support to the marketing dpt., including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
- Maintaining organized files and databases.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Coordinating with other departments, such as sales or logistic systems, to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
Graphic Design and Multimedia:
- Creating graphics or multimedia content for marketing materials (use of digital tools).
- Coordinating with design professionals for more complex design needs.
Website:
- Assist in content creation of Website.
Jungheinrich Shop:
- Uploading new products & descriptions.
Partners Support:
- Assisting in communication with external partners (magazines, printing agencies, etc.)
Marketing Material:
- Business cards.
- Leaflets, stickers, etc.
- Monitor our marketing warehouse.
- Update marketing processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Time management and ability to set priorities and work under pressure
- Delivers task on time with minimal need for follow up
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills when dealing with partners and colleagues
- Attention to detail
- High quality written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Team Player
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing department
- Degree in Marketing & communications
- High verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Excellent PC knowledge (MS Office)
- Excellent digital skills
