Rental Coordinator

Communicate both with internal and external customers in order to promote business for Rental

Overall job purpose

  • To keep all Rental SAP documents in order and updated
  • To prepare rental contracts (LTR STR)
  • To monitor the expiration dates of rental contracts and to act according to company’s regulations
  • To issue invoices
  • To ensure that master data quality is maintained
  • To monitor the cost, performance, and trends of Rental Contracts ( BW)
  • To communicate both with internal and external customers in order to promote business for Rental

Main duties key accountabilities

  • SAP Key User
  • Produce defined statistical reports
  • Support the monthly reporting process
  • Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Monitor defined error logs and master data corrections as required
  • Rental Invoicing
