Overall job purpose
- To keep all Rental SAP documents in order and updated
- To prepare rental contracts (LTR STR)
- To monitor the expiration dates of rental contracts and to act according to company’s regulations
- To issue invoices
- To ensure that master data quality is maintained
- To monitor the cost, performance, and trends of Rental Contracts ( BW)
- To communicate both with internal and external customers in order to promote business for Rental
Main duties key accountabilities
- SAP Key User
- Produce defined statistical reports
- Support the monthly reporting process
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Monitor defined error logs and master data corrections as required
- Rental Invoicing
