To receive orders from engineers and customers . Participate to inventory of spare parts twice a year. To register into the system (SAP) incoming parts and issue the necessary documents
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Continuous monitoring (follow up) of orders through SAP and inform all involved parties
- Daily preparation and sending quotation to customers
- Participation in spare parts warehouse & Engineer inventory twice a year
- Monitoring and adjust the appropriate warehouse & Engineer inventory
- Attending the internal meetings & trainings of After Sales
- Support Service Engineers in special spare parts requests
- Daily communication with local vendors
- Create purchase order numbers for local spare parts

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Higher education Degree
- High verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Excellent PC knowledge (MS Office)
- SAP knowledge (will be considered as an asset)
