IT Coordinator

Manage and support IT clients’ applications and projects as well as development of software and infrastructure solutions for all business areas. Ensure the implementation of the Group guidelines

Main duties / Key accountabilities:

  • Manage, own and support IT projects, which includes any project within the group with an IT element
  • Provision of IT solutions to business problems
  • Asset management and maintenance
  • Develop and deliver IT strategy in conjunction with JH-Group
  • Manage the existing IT systems (including data and telephone networks) for the company
  • Responsible for the efficient running of all data and communications systems at all business areas
  • Responsible for Information Systems Security
  • Provide support at all IT systems of the unit when required
  • Communication with IT-service at JH-DE Escalation to first level support
  • IT pilot tests in cooperation with JH-DE IT-service
  • Deliver budget planning and control IT costs
  • IT Purchasing – Communication with IT suppliers
  • Managing the delivery of new hardware
  • Project management
  • Resolving system & network problems at the unit
  • Providing support at JH staff for various IT problems
  • Responsible for the development and the implementation of the CRM procedures, policies and best practices
  • Performance monitoring and reporting of the CRM
  • CRM analysis and support at all users, data input and random testing, data control and maintenance, maintenance and update of CRM application, trainings & manuals/quick start guides

Requirements:

  • BSc relevant to ITIL modules 
  • 1-2 years working experience in IT/CRM environment
  • IT Literacy (Excel, SAP, ERP system)
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
